Shipping

We process and ship all orders from our studio in Los Angeles. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

We’ll provide tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

We currently only ship within the U.S. as we focus on small-batch domestic production and fulfillment. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out at hello@herinblue.com.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5 business days.
